Giving Partner FB Banner_Final

 Dear Potential Personal Partner–

Have you ever wanted to support a ministry that takes the Gospel into the local jails, state prisons, public schools, the streets and the church? Men Standing Positive invites you to partner with us financially in 2018 as we continue to invest and serve men, women and children in the communities of North St. Louis City, South St. Louis City, East St. Louis Illinois and Washington Park Illinois.

Our case management system strategically acts as a third party filter to screen and connect the individual/family to the resources and help they need.  We partner with those who provide homeless shelters, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, temporary housing, counseling, job training, utility assistance and more. The goal is to reach each person: spiritually, emotionally and physically.

Men Standing Positive will regularly send updates by way of email and social media so you can see where your money is going.  We are a fully certified 501(c)3 organization therefore any donation amount is fully tax-deductible (EIN# 27-4272991).

If you would like more information, please email partner@menstandingpositive.org or call 314-888-5407.

You may not be able to do everything but you can do something. Share Michelle’s video with others. It could save someones life.  716523Planning to kill herself at the age of 25, Michelle had tried everything to stop the pain: counseling, prescription medication, alcohol, self-harm, sex and drugs- nothing worked. Her childhood cut short; all innocence stolen.  Michelle’s life was an endless nightmare; a living hell of brokenness, pain and self-hate.  Until one day- everything changed. This is her story; Michelle’s journey of addiction to freedom and suicide to hope.

Watch The Steps Full sermon By Paztuh Mike Wuebbles Formally known as MiNiMe FOR FREE HERE

IMG_1892

img_1572.jpg Paztuh Mike  Wuebbles brought the Word.  He spoke on the importance of stepping out into what God has called you to do, even if it seems impossible.  Not everything in your life is ever going to be “just right” when it comes to going after your purpose.  It’s the daily steps and diligent focus that really counts.  You cannot expect to do the great things if you will not do the small things.  Amidst the laughs, shouts, and complete silences, Paztuh Mike message made everyone stop and think about their purpose in life and why they may have never fully stepped out in faith.  Following God and pursuing your destiny will not always be easy, but it will always be worth it in the end.

Success Story// Meet Walter

Walter

Back in the Summer of 2015 during an MSP Street Outreach in South City, Walter accepted Christ and was invited to an upcoming MSP conference.  Later that month he came to the conference, one of the speakers prayed over and prophesied to him that his home church was where he was standing and his pastor was at the back of the room. Ever since that time, Walter has faithfully attended and grown in his relationship with God. At the end of 2017, an MSP case manager began to counsel and assist him with resources as Walter expressed genuine interest to take the next steps of growth for his life.  He applied, interviewed and was accepted into the Job and Leadership Training program at Mission St. Louis. Today- Walter is currently attending the JLT program and also working towards his GED.

Success Story // Meet Tiffany

Tiffany

In the Spring of 2017- Tiffany was only two days away from being homeless and losing every physical item that she owned.  She felt completely hopeless and alone.  In addition, the seasonal job she had was also in jeopardy due to no weekly reliable transportation. Tiffany was out of options.  An MSP case manager stepped in- offering resources, encouragement and even correction.  Swiftly, everything began to turn around and Tiffany stepped out and took the steps and initiative to change her life.  She was connected with a temporary living space right near her work so she wouldn’t lose her job.  On Friday July 28th, 2017 Tiffany completed and graduated from Connection to Success’ 3 week intensive Personal and Professional Development course!  During that time frame- she connected with many people, enhanced professional skills and regained hope for her future.  Today- Tiffany is pursuing God’s plan for her life while also seeking a more stable living situation, steady job and gaining a vehicle of her own.
